3 Ways To Get Motivated This Week
Here’s the scoop:
Stop consuming education from all the “guru’s” in your space. Yep, I said it! 😳 There are seasons to learn and grow and there are seasons to take action. Taking action is the best way to feel motivated again!
Brain dump all your ideas. Often times when we feel stuck it’s because we are in the “analysis paralysis” phase so let’s write down all your big ideas & goals and narrow down 1-2 things to take action on this week.
Show up imperfectly. Coming from a (semi-)former perfectionist — you need to start taking imperfect action to start gaining traction! Remember — show your face, start getting comfortable on video and do it in the way that feels most authentic to you!
