Can I be honest with you about something….It has been challenging for me to find the energy and motivation to get back into the groove of our daily routine / habits since the holidays. So I decided to give myself a little break and officially start my “new year” on Feb 1!

I have 1 week left so here’s how I’m mentally preparing to get back to thaaangs:

  1. Brainstorm and map it out. To be honest, I haven’t finished my yearly goals yet but I’ve nailed down my Q1 goals. How I want to feel at the end of March, what do I want to accomplish (and why) and identifying some ways to step outside of my comfort zone and experiment without the stress of likes & engagement.

  2. Organized my “office” aka my desk that’s in our bedroom. T built me an oily shelf and it’s giving me all the happy vibes! Finally, I’m using this time to mentally unwind so there’s less stress and burnout in 2021. Healthy eating, working out and daily rhythms are top priorities in our house this year.
