I am getting married in 3 months...oh. my. goodness! I can't believe how fast time has flown by since we got engaged in July 2014. I am in the process of finalizing all the little details such as jewelry, nail polish color, shoes, etc so when Weddington Way reached out to me to do a style challenge using one of their bridesmaid dresses I was so excited to accept!

Weddington Way is a California based company that has totally changed the how you would traditionally pick out bridesmaid and wedding accessories. Let's face it, who has time to gather all of your bridesmaids and spend an entire day shopping? Maybe your bridesmaids live in different states and cannot all get together to pick out a dress. Weddington Way has made it so easy to setup a showroom that all of your girls can access to help pick out dresses, colors and accessories. One the of best parts in my opinion, is the color swatches. I was really particular about the shade blush that I wanted my girls to wear. Weddington Way will mail you free fabric swatches to see and feel the texture of the fabric and color. I love that!

Since I have been doing wedding updates I thought I would use this challenge to show you a little sneak peak of my inspired bridesmaids outfits from my own wedding!

The Dress
I love this dress. It is the perfect blush color, flowy, flattering and most importantly, perfect for the beach! I love natural, effortless looks which is why I paired this dress with very neutral looking elements.

Since my wedding is on the beach, I really wanted my girls to have an effortless, slightly messy, beachy look. I picked an undo (1) and half up (2) look mainly because not everyone looks like themselves with their hair all up. I personally never wear my hair up so I decided to wear my hair only half up. However both of these hairstyles will look amazing with this strapless dress.

I picked 2 types of jewelry. Since my wedding has gold accents, I thought blush and gold would be the perfect pair! I love the idea of these gold twist earrings (3). They are large enough to give the dress an extra flare, especially if you wear an undo.

I like the idea of having your neck clear of jewelry when wearing a strapless dress. However if you like statement pieces, I think this gold babble (4) would be the perfect choice.

Going with the gold theme, I am obsessed with these gold jeweled sandals (5). My girls will be barefoot on the beach but for the reception these are the perfect dancing shoes!

Every girl needs a clutch to hold their lipstick and cell phone. I love this natural, beaded clutch (6). They will be able to use this clutch for your wedding, a girls night out and fancy dinner date. It is so versatile and can be matched with so many different colors.

First off, who doesn't love Lauren Conrad (9)? Everything she wears looks amazing. I love these two looks (7) because they are both beachy, bronze, natural and sun kissed. I love having your skin be the center of attention. Using bronzer, light pink blush and minimal eye makeup really makes your skin stand out and look flawless.

If you follow my Instagram you will know I recently bought Essie's Ballet Slippers (8) to test it out for my bridesmaids and my own nail color for the wedding. If you have other pink/neutral nail color suggestions, leave them in the comments.

If you are planning your own wedding or you are a bridesmaid, you have to check out Weddington Way to find the perfect bridesmaid dress! Check out the dresses and leave a comment below of your favorite dress.
