DETOX DAY 5

I want to apologize that this post is late. Work was super busy, came home late and went to sleep around 8:30 p.m. yada, yada. I barely had time to eat but what I did eat really kept me full all day. Enough babbling, let's get into the food!

"Pre-Breakfast"
5 cups of warm lemon water. 
Note: I believe I mentioned this in a previous post but I drink regular lemon water throughout the whole day. Typically 5-9 cups a day. 


Breakfast
Carrots and mushrooms.


Snack
Banana, not pictured.

Lunch
Homemade salsa and carrots.

Snack
Around 4:00 p.m. while I was still at work a had a bowl of edamame, which was super filling. By the time I got home around 6:30 p.m. I wasn't hungry at all so I skipped dinner and my last snack. 


On a positive note, I weighed myself the morning of day 5 and lost 6.8 lbs! Yay! I want to thank everyone who has been commenting and following along with my journey, I appreciate all your continued support!!
