DETOX DAY 4

Today was a good day! I felt well rested, lots of energy and feeling motivated even on this snowy, cold VA day! Let's get into the food!

"Pre-Breakfast"
Water, water, water!

 

Breakfast
Similar to day 3, I forgot to eat breakfast. Not good, I know.

Snack
Banana, not pictured.

Lunch
Delicious salsa and carrots.


Snack
Pomegranates but only half the amount in this picture.
Tip: Peel pomegranates under water in a bowl, it takes less than 5 minutes. 




Dinner

This dinner was massive, delicious but overly filling. I almost feel sick because I ate too much. I had my leftover lemon asparagus, broccoli and spinach with pepper.


Snack
6 olives which I don't think are the best to eat because they are canned and full of sodium but I was in the mood for something salty.


Many of you will notice I've been eating the same meals over and over. I am going to start adding new vegetables tomorrow but I will admit it has been easier to plan when I just eat the same things each day. Is it boring? I little but it's easy with little effort to accomplish.
